ClixSense tried to add payments via Neteller, however after experiencing problems with them they are abandoning the platform for good.
Personally I made a pair of withdrawals via Neteller, but the last attempt failed. I did not lose the funds, eventually I cancelled the withdrawal and was able to retire normally via PayPal.
While they still list Neteller on the site, it has been made clear that they have abandoned the platform. You can request a withdrawal to Neteller but it will be left pending. But then again, you can cancel de request, change to PayPal or any other platform they support, and get your funds, there are no problems getting paid from ClixSense.
